KPQ20V-0835 and SZ-0835 are both flagship brushless demolition hammers of our company. They are ideal for concrete breaking, grooving and wall demolition on construction sites.
These two demolition hammers share nearly identical core specifications. Both are powered by 21V lithium batteries, with two large-capacity 8.0Ah batteries supplied as standard accessories. The no-load current stands at 16.5A, enabling roughly 38 minutes of continuous operation on a single full charge. The matching charger outputs 2A, which takes around 4.6 hours to fully recharge one 8.0Ah battery.
The two models feature matching motor parameters: a no-load speed of 3,600 RPM and an impact rate of 4,000 blows per minute. Each impact delivers 26 joules of striking force, powerful enough to crush hard concrete. Both adopt hex shank chucks for quick and easy chisel replacement. The bare machine weighs 5.5 kg for both units, with identical body dimensions: 480 mm in length, 230 mm in width and 94 mm in height.
During practical operation, one fully charged 8.0Ah battery supports 20 to 30 minutes of runtime when fitted with different sizes of hex chisels. The actual working duration varies depending on operating conditions, yet such battery life fully covers most demolition workloads.
Both tools are equipped with brushless motors, which boast longer service life, lower maintenance requirements and higher working efficiency. Additional premium configurations include a dual anti-vibration system that reduces hand-arm vibration for fatigue-free operation, dustproof construction to safeguard internal components and extend service life, as well as a safety clutch that protects both the motor and the operator if the chisel gets jammed.
