Industrial Cordless Pipe Polisher
Industrial Cordless Pipe Polisher - Mirror-finish abrasive belt polishing for round tube and pipe from 10mm to 115mm diameter
Mirror Finishes on Round Stock, Wherever the Pipe Runs
Polishing round tube and pipe presents a problem flat-surface tools cannot solve: the abrasive belt must wrap and conform to a curved surface while maintaining even pressure across the full contact arc. Our industrial cordless pipe polisher solves this with a contact-arm belt system specifically contoured to round stock from 10mm up to 115mm in diameter, driving a continuous abrasive belt loop at speeds up to 3,000 surface meters per minute. The result is a consistent, swirl-free finish on stainless steel handrails, sanitary tubing, and decorative tube work that would take far longer to achieve with a flat orbital sander or hand sanding block.
The tool ships with three interchangeable contact arms — narrow, standard, and wide-radius — allowing the operator to match belt contact geometry to the specific tube diameter being worked. Belt tension is maintained by a spring-loaded idler wheel that compensates automatically as the abrasive belt wears, eliminating the loose-belt slip that causes uneven polishing on lesser tools. Progressive grit sequences from 80 through 600 and beyond to non-woven finishing pads are all compatible with the same quick-change belt mounting system, enabling a full grind-to-mirror workflow without switching tools.
An 18V brushless motor delivers the sustained power required to maintain belt speed under load, critical when polishing stainless steel where speed loss causes immediate heat discoloration and surface bluing. The variable speed trigger allows the operator to slow the belt for heat-sensitive finishing passes on thin-wall tube while running at full speed for initial scratch removal on heavier gauge pipe. A dust and swarf extraction port connects to a standard shop vacuum, keeping fine metal particulate out of the work area, which is particularly important when polishing food-grade or pharmaceutical stainless tubing.
Built for installers of architectural handrails, balustrades, and sanitary process piping, this polisher is engineered to survive a production environment. The motor housing is sealed against the fine metallic dust generated during polishing, and the contact arm pivot bearings are designed for thousands of belt-change cycles without play developing. For fabricators who need a true mirror or satin finish on round metal stock without sending parts out to a specialist polishing shop, this tool delivers professional results directly on the production floor or installation site.
Interchangeable Contact Arms
Three arm geometries match belt contact pressure precisely to different tube diameters for even finishing.
Auto-Tensioning Idler
Spring-loaded belt tensioner compensates automatically as the abrasive belt wears, preventing slip and skips.
Full Grit Compatibility
Same mounting system accepts 80-grit through 600-grit belts and non-woven finishing pads for one-tool workflow.
Variable Speed for Heat Control
Reduce belt speed on thin-wall stainless to prevent heat bluing during fine finishing passes.

Food & Pharma Fabrication
Achieves the surface finish standards required for sanitary process tubing without outsourcing.
- Conforming Contact Arms:Curved geometry matches the belt to round stock for even, swirl-free polishing.
- Self-Compensating Tension:Belt tracking remains consistent as the abrasive surface wears down over its life.
- One-Tool Grit Progression:Move from aggressive scratch removal to mirror finish without switching machines.
- Heat-Sensitive Speed Control:Variable trigger prevents bluing and discoloration on thin-wall stainless tube.
- Sealed Dust Protection:Motor housing resists fine metallic dust ingress during extended polishing sessions.
- Quick-Release Belt System:Belt changes require no tools, minimizing downtime during multi-grit workflows.
- Vacuum-Ready Port:Connects directly to shop vacuum systems for a clean polishing environment.
